I am looking for a John McCracken, born 9/5/1793 (parents names unknown). He was born on a ship coming from Belfast. I am told he was a 7th son. He grew up in Washington County, PA. He married Margaret Walker, born 1/2/1802. They had 10 children: Sarah, William, Agnes, Archibald, Mathew, Abel, John, Andrew, Ann Elizabeth and Thadeus. Thadeus is my husband's ggrandfather. John died 7/17/1871 and Margaret died 10/22/1856, both in Salem, Iowa. Some of their children were born in Megs County, Ohio. Thadeus married Deliah Mason and they had 6 sons: William; Ullyses; Edward; Albert; Warren and John Jackson McCracken. Anyone know of these McCrackens??? Thanks. Bernice
